Yes, this Diwali does seem pretty happy, not to forget- pretty clean!Seems like Delhi has finally learned its lesson, looking at last year, today is a big improvement. I don't notice as much cracker-blowing, not as much noise, ergo not as much pollution!
Maybe I should have titled this post "Another cause for celebration"...
